Low Barn (King or twin) - Elterwater Park with EV

The Lake District National Park is a World Heritage Site, and Elterwater Park is located in the most beautiful part of the area. It is situated on the Cumbria Way, so that you can walk from the door. The views are fantastic and at night, there is silence. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with bike storage. The space Your barn is compact, with a Super King bed ( which can also be converted to a twin if specified at time of booking), a TV and sofa in the living area.The kitchen has no cooker but there is plenty of space to prepare some small meals with a 2 ring hob, combination microwave, small fridge, kettle and toaster. You have your own private bathroom with toiletries. Bedding and towels are provided. There is an EV charging point for guests to use. However, you must inform us if bringing an EV and wish to use the charger. There is a cost of £20 per charge. Your barn is yours for your stay. The barn has its own entrance and a patio with table and chairs where you can sit and drink in the view. We allow two dogs. Dogs are charged at £20 per dog per night. The barn is not suitable for infants. We can provide bike storage with prior arrangement. Guest access This is Self catering and so there is self check in with a key pad Other things to note We welcome dogs to the accomodation. We provide a dog gate between the kitchen area and main living area and request that dogs are kept in the tiled area in the kitchen. As we are on a farm dogs must also be kept on a lead at all times. We would also not expect that dogs are left on their own all day. Please note that we expect guests to communicate any problems as soon as they are spotted so that we can help to resolve these issues. If we are not aware of problems and they are not reported immediately we cannot offer any refund. Early check in before 4pm and late check out after 10am is charged at £20 per hour via prior arrangement when available. Any early check in/ check out that is not arranged is charged at £50 per hour for any time before 4pm and after 10am
