Studio in Paradise

The studio (20 sq.m) is located in the fishing village of Ligia, in a neighborhood that is called “Paradise”, in the ground floor of a three storey house -along with a separate apartment. The house is built in a fantastic location, close to the main road, but far enough for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The surroundings combine the green of the forest, the imposing presence of stones and the blue of the sea, which is only 100 meters away. The space The studio has a double bed. There is also a 19'' flat screen TV. The studio offers a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, a small fridge, all necessary facilities for cooking and dinning table. The bathroom has a shower. In the studio's balcony you can always relax and enjoy the magnificent nature. The studio is decorated with beautiful paintings, made by the adult students of the “Painting & Hagiography studio of Lefkada”. The studio has air-condition and there is also a central heating installed for winter use. Free wi-fi is accessible from all rooms. The studio is ideal for couples, friends or families with an older child and can sleep up to 2 guests. Guest access All guests can relax to the barbecue area of the house, among the greenery garden, where they can also have barbecue nights. Free parking is accessible on site. A bus station is only 100 meters far from the studio, while in walking distance you will find the picturesque port of Ligia (700 meters). You can also find a pharmacy, mini-markets, bakeries, cafeterias and restaurants in the center of the village, in about 1 km. The closest organized beach is only 500 meters away. In a distance of 6 km is the lively town of Lefkada (north) and 9 km the cosmopolitan Nidri (south). Aktion airport is 25 km far away. Other things to note Please note that the apartment has a low-ceiling (floor to ceiling: 2,15 m. / doors' height: 1,80 m.) You will need to pay a fee for your stay, with the cost of 8 euros per night.
