Only 8mins to heart of the city. Attractions include Adelaide Oval, festivals, arts, entertainment, dining and shopping precincts. The space The space The space is perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or a couple of friends who don't mind sharing. This charming room is outstanding value, cosy, comfortable and fully carpeted. The room is tastefully decorated and has plenty of storage, which includes 2 bedsides tables, dresser and a double wardrobe, which gives you plenty of room to unpack and relax. The residence is located in a quiet oasis, 1 street back from the main strip, where guests will enjoy a private comfortable room with queen bed, which has an electric blanket for the cooler weather. The home is double brick and has a powerful ceiling fan, which keeps it cool in warmer weather. Full linen (pillows, towels, etc) provided. Extra pillows and blankets available. Other facilities include use of kitchenette dining, lounge with Large Smart-TV, Apple TV, Netflix, WIFI, bathroom and laundry facilities. The bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet. Bathroom towels & basic amenities are also provided. There is also access to a shared courtyard to enjoy some quite time with a cuppa and the paper or a good book. All within close proximity to the Hills & wineries, this is the perfect location for a get away. We do have a small friendly puppy dog who resides in the home. He is very friendly and will always welcome you home. Guest access: - Continental Breakfast offered. - Kitchen: Guests can cook other meals. Provided: cooking basics - pots and pans and utensils oil, herbs, salt and pepper, pantry- storage, fridge access, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, stove and coffee maker. - Laundry: washing machine available and clothes line under cover. - Bathroom: Clean and tidy modern bathroom located at the far end of the house and is available to you to share with the owner. Bath, shower and separate toilet. Toiletries Supplied (soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner). - Off street parking available. Guest access Either myself or my assistant host (who resides at the property) will be available to welcome guests. Check-in time is 1PM - 4PM (Unless otherwise arranged) Check out by 10AM Once your booking is confirmed, please advise of your time of arrival. I will do my best to accommodate you. If you arrive outside of the pre-arranged time, please do not sit on our doorstep with your bags to wait. We request that you please wait somewhere nearby at a coffee shop until the agreed meet up time. Note: If you would like to book for more than one month please send us a message During your stay I live in the front of the house, but you will have exclusive access to the guest room. We are keen to respect your privacy, while remaining available to assist you with your questions and are happy to offer any advice or recommendations...just ask! Other things to note LONG STAY GUESTS: Please note that if you would like to make a booking for more than one month please send us a message first to see if we can suitably accommodate your needs. *Please Note: Any guests staying more than 10 days will incur an additional cleaning fee of $30 per week to cover additional linen changes and additional weekly cleaning to be provided. You may also be asked to provide a security deposit of up to $500 to ensure care is taken so there is no damage the home.
