Guest access The following are offered for guests during stay: ☆ The private bedroom with a double size bed for 2 persons, an air-conditioner and an electric fan. ☆ The private bathroom with water heater and 2 towels. ☆ A fully furnished kitchen for guests to cook favorite foods if you like that include all you need like fridge, microwave, boiling water, vacuum cleaner, air cleaner, bowls, knife, scissor, pork, spoon, chopstick... ☆ A pretty sofa for guests to relax ☆ A TV with many international channels in Vietnamese, English, French. ☆ Free WIFI. ☆ Free fresh drinking water (two bottles of water in the fridge per day). ☆ Free basic room cleaning every three nights, otherwise we provide you with all necessary items so you can clean yourself easily. The host also help wash the clothes for free with the family"s washing machine every three days. Other things to note The host follow the Airbnb policy and regulation. Only official payment through Airbnb is accepted; no direct cash payment except compensation for lost or broken asset listed in the room; no negotiation on room fee.
