The space With two well-appointed bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, and a spacious garden complete with a coal grill, our home is crafted for an elevated stay. A mere 10-minute downhill stroll (or a quick 2-minute drive) leads you to the serene lakeside and the heart of Brissago. Guest access Your exclusive retreat awaits on the ground floor of our home—our entire apartment is dedicated to you. While the first part of the garden, the charming vegetable patch by the "lake side" of the parking spots, is neighbor's private garden. Please refrain from any activities that may harm the private area, such as picking up items or walking on it. The remaining expanse of the garden is yours to savor and enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Brissago's waste management utilizes distinctive violet garbage bags. We provide 1 bag per booked week, with a maximum of 2. Additional bags are available in village shops and gas stations. Pets are generally not permitted; please contact the host for exceptions. No playing with pets indoors. Strictly no smoking inside; and do not throw cigarette remains in the garden! Respect quiet hours (after 23), as there's a neighbor above. Any additional guests require prior approval. No camping or camper/RV parking in the garden or attached to the house. Do not attach cables from vehicles to the house. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed.
