The space Cosy Artistic Studio 艺飞画廊阁楼 apartment can maximum stay up to 4 persons, with 2 queen size beds. This suite has a living area, dining hall , a full kitchen and a bathroom. No sleeping room as it is a studio type apartment. Full Kitchen is equipment with: - Toast Oven - Electric Kettle - microwave - rice cooker - Electric Steamboat Pot - fridge - spatula, knifes, chopping board - Plates, bowls, cutleries, for 4 persons - Glasses, cups and saucers for 4 persons - Dishwashing liquid and kitchen cloth towel - Sink water tap come with hot and cold water supply. Has changed a NEW WATER PUMP on 29 July 2022. (Please take note: cooking ingredients are not provided (salt/sugar/soy sauce) TV & Astro NJOL is available. Bathroom - the shower and basin are equipped with hot and cold water supply. 4 bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and toilet rolls are provided. Hot water is supply via hot water boiler tank. It needs time to boil before use. Recommend to switch on the water heater 10 minutes before use and wait for 10 minutes after each use to avoid running out of hot water supply. Guest access Activities at Fraser's are jungle tracking, water boat, organic farm, water falls, Horse Riding, Archery, Blow Pipe, Mini Golf, Children playground etc. There are few trails available for jungle tracking, for instance a family trail; Hemmant trail is short in distance and safe, it is 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course and it is well marked out. No major development is allowed here, therefore it is a place with natural green. A good place to relax, and also a right place for bird lover, family gathering, school reunion etc. Proposal for 3 Days 2 Nights trip: Day 1, reach KKB by 9am, enjoy the old Hainanese style breakfast at KKB (recommended Nam Cheong Kopitiam), along the way to the hill, drop by at Sg Chi Ling water fall for a natural refreshing cool bath and picnic, depart and heading to Fraser Hill at 1.30pm, check in to Cosy Artistic Studio at 3pm. 1st night may spend time with loved ones/friends to enjoy steamboat dinner at the starry night balcony. Day 2 walk around Frasers Hill and experience the cold weather. You may need 2 days to enjoy the Activities at Fraser Hill. Take a afternoon tea English Smoke House. Day 3 on your way back home, pass by KKB to visit hot spring water, stop at Ulu yam for a local food. Other things to note 1. No BBQ in the house or balcony. BBQ pits is available at common property area （booth）situated at C1/C2 and B11/C3. 2. Our apartments are not suitable for parties event in order to preserve the peace and quiet in the surrounding. Hence, please adhere to our house rules, whereby guests should not talked or played music loudly after 10pm. 3. Standard check in time at 3pm, check out at 12noon.
