The location is perfectly situated to take advantage of the amenities in Penrith, close to train and bus stations, restaurants and takeaways, whilst being just a short drive to Ullswater. The space Rutherford House has a lovely large entrance hall with doors off it to a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove and a fabulous dining room with dining table and chairs. The country cottage style kitchen with a belfast sink and wooden worktops comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob and multi use microwave. Also off the hallway is a downstairs bathroom with large roll top bath. The combi boiler insures that there will always be plenty of hot water! There are two bedrooms on the first floor - the master bedroom with a grand super king size bed and a twin bedroom . Also on the first floor is a stylish shower room.
