The house overlooks the city of Trento from the hill of Martignano. The historic center can be easily reached in a few minutes. It is very bright and the room leads to the outdoor terrace. It consists of a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Next to the room you can access the bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is on the second floor. The large space allows for the availability of a double bed and a sofa bed. The wardrobe and the dresser are at your complete disposal. Upon request, a camping bed suitable for children up to 5 years old can be added. Next to the bedroom you can access the bathroom with shower and bathtub (no jacuzzi). The room on the second floor is equipped with air conditioning (the rest of the house is not). The living area consists of a large and bright living room with windows, and a kitchen with an outdoor terrace. The living room is furnished with two large sofas in front of the fireplace and with a smart TV, with the possibility of accessing the programs on the network and Netflix with a guest account. The living room area used as a study provides the guest with books, a Mac PC and some children's toys. From the kitchen and the living room you can directly access the terrace and the garden. The garden is fully fenced and offers an important and safe space for children to play and also for dogs to have fun. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer to make long stays comfortable, or trips with little luggage. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system, to contribute to the reduction of electricity consumption.
