IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION Since this is a privately owned vacation rental, by law, hotel-type services are not provided. Therefore: Breakfast: Breakfast is not provided (but you will find a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal). Cleaning: The accommodation is sanitized; daily cleaning or room tidying is not provided during your stay. Transportation: A shuttle service is not provided (the accommodation is well-connected by public transportation/taxis in Arezzo). This guarantees our guests maximum independence and privacy, just like in a real home. Guest access You'll have your own room with a private bathroom for your exclusive use. The kitchen, study, and relaxation area are shared with other guests. For those traveling by bike: Ground-floor access is ideal. You can bring your bike inside and leave it safely in a corner of the living room. During your stay We'll be at your complete disposal for advice on the city or logistical needs. You can easily contact us via Airbnb messaging or by phone (we'll provide our number when you book). We love to welcome you as if you were hosting old friends, while still guaranteeing you complete privacy and independence, just like at home. Other things to note The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom for exclusive use. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, accessible via a convenient internal staircase (no elevator). If you book a single bedroom, the kitchen and living room will be shared with other guests. To better coordinate your needs or to request exclusive use of the entire apartment, please contact us before booking. The apartment comes complete with an initial set of sheets and towels for each guest. For stays longer than a week, a spare set of linens is available in the closet for guests to change their own clothes. Laundry service is not included; however, a coin-operated laundromat is located nearby at Via della Chimera 111.
