Guests may observe wild life such as deer, wild turkey and quail. ****Only light cooking allowed**** (ABSOLUTELY NO COOKING OF FISH IN THE STUDIO) (No frying of oils and harsh odors) * Two guests maximum * No children because of large in ground pool with no fencing * No smoking inside of unit * Only registered guest allowed on property *LARGE GUESTS OVER 300 lbs. My furniture isn’t compatible for large or overweight guests, For your safety I am not able to take reservations for anyone weighing over 300 pounds.
