My older style character home has a spare bedroom with modern bathroom and kitchen, polished wooden floors, heating, garden, off street parking,walk or bus to CBD. Not far to the restaurant area in North Hobart. Breakfast provisions provided. Ideal for visitors who enjoy quiet living with easy access to all local attractions. Happy to help with local tips and places to experience off the tourist trail for a safe and enjoyable stay. The space If you want to stay with a local person who can assist you with local information giving you plenty of space to do your own (URL HIDDEN) home is simple and quiet with good heating including a wood heater. The kitchen and sunroom is light and comfortable. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house via front and back doors as a home. During your stay I am well travelled and enjoy meeting people from other countries, sharing ideas etc. I am a busy person so not always home so there is peace and quietness in the home. Other things to note After a busy day sightseeing my home is close enough to town yet far away enough to feel you are away from it.
