Our space is a 32sqm 1 bedroom unit fully furnished w/ interior. Upon booking our place, kindly submit us photo of ID(any ID with Name and picture) of each guest staying. These documents will be used by us to have it approved at the admin office along with the GUEST form which will be used as your permit to enter the Condominium. :) The space It is located between Mother Ignacia Ave. and Panay Ave. corner Sct. Albano Infront of Camelot Hotel(Mo. Ignacia Ave. side) and The Beech bar(Panay Ave. side) The Highlights inside the unit are: 40 mbps Sky Broadband Fast Internet Netflix-ready Smart Television The place is near Bars, Grocery and everything you need. Airconditioned Shower w/ Heater The unit is at Tower B, 15th floor. Please inform me if you have plans on going swimming. -Pool Operating Hours: 6am - 10pm - Playground: free access - SM Mall located at the ground floor. - Regular Parking rate: Php 60 for the first 2 hours, Php 30 for succeeding hours. Overnight Fee +300php - Parking space rental min. 1 month.(subject to availability) Other things to note STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Penalty is Php2000 We kindly request that you TURN OFF AIRCON, LIGHTS and TELEVISION when not in use and before leaving the unit. Any damages/stains on furnitures, appliances, bed linens and towels will be charged accordingly. Also, please leave the unit clean and tidy, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of 500php if we find the unit trashed. We also accept long term stays. We give out 8%discount for those who are staying 7 days or more. And 14% for those who are staying 28 days or more. OVERNIGHT STAYS is priced at 2000/night +300 cleaning fee.
