My flat is located in the 20th district which is a very typical part of Paris away from the touristic crowds and shops but close to the place de la Bastille or République and 20 minutes away by metro from the Opera and the big department stores. In case you intend to visit Disneyland my flat is located 15 minutes away from Place de la Nation where you can catch RER A which leads you straight to the parc in 35 minutes. The space The flat is on the 5th floor with a sunny balcony overlooking a little one way street. It was renovated a year ago with a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, electric induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster). In the bathroom there is a big bath tub with a shower (+ washing machine). Toilets are separate. A large closet in the entrance will be at your disposal.
