Description

Small house in the middle of the forest, with bathroom, full kitchen with seating area (sofa + folding table) and heating. Perfect for disconnecting alone or as a couple. Guest access The house is totally private for guests, the exterior (hectares of forest) is shared with other guests if we have any at the time of the stay. Other things to note Our houses are located in the middle of the forest, surrounded by nature. There is mobile coverage in a few places, but we do offer rural internet to keep in touch :) Access is a rural road (not paved) of about 2km, a 4x4 is not necessary, it is enough to go slowly, but chains are necessary in winter if it snows (we would always warn you of the situation before arriving, it is usually only 1 or 2 weeks a year). It is better to bring the necessary supplies for your stay, the nearest supermarket is 40km away, in Villar del Rio you can find a small shop as well. If you are looking for rest and disconnection, this is definitely your place... Registration Details Spain - National registration number Exempt - rural tourism accommodation Castile and León - Regional registration number TR-42/000353
