The choice is yours. The second living area has a fold out double couch on request. The King bed can be separated into two singles. The subdivision has a tennis court and swimming pool. The space The King bed can be changed into two singles if you prefer - please let me know. The hot water is heated by a gas infinity system so you can all enjoy hot showers or a long bath. This is a residential area. No parties are allowed in the complex. You must be quiet by 10pm. Guest access The subdivision has a tennis court and swimming pool that you are welcome to use. Please let me know if you want to use the fold out couch so it can be made up. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Please respect our neighbours and don't park over their driveway. Other things to note Please ask for rates for cheaper rates for week day stays. Please note that premium weekends (Toast Martinborough, Fairs, New Year etc) have higher rates.
