Parties and events are not allowed. This home boasts 5 private bedrooms, 3 baths & 2 living rooms. It’s equipped with high-speed Eero wifi throughout and a smart TV with streaming. The kitchen is fully stocked & is part of the open concept living room. The backyard is fully fenced and accessible. A 3 min walk to Lucky’s grocery, 1 mile from BART, 1.7 to Trader Joe’s The space Parties and events are not allowed. *Per AirBnb guidelines, no more than 16 guests We have a fully stocked kitchen upstairs with 2 separate living rooms. The yard is completely fenced in and perfect for kids to run around. Plenty of natural light throughout our home, which features many handmade woodworking projects; from the kitchen table to the bathroom vanity! The garage parks 2 cars tandem and the driveway can park a 3rd car. Often there is availibility to park on the street. Downstairs: - 1 Bedroom with 2 queen beds - 1 Bedroom with 1 queen bed & 2 twins - 1 Bedroom with 1 twin bunk over full - 1 bathroom with a shower and tub - Access to the private backyard Upstairs: - Fully stocked kitchen - Large, open-concept living room - Smart TV - Eero high speed wifi - 1 bathroom with a tub and shower - 1 bathroom with a shower - 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed & a twin bed - 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds - A second living room with 2 couches, including a sofa sleeper You will have access to all areas of the house, which is always professionally cleaned after each guest. Guests that are staying during trash pick up day are asked to bring the bins out and back inside. After check out, we charge $50 handling plus shipping to mail or return any forgotten items & do not mail internationally. If the house rules are violated (smoking indoors or a noise complaint made by the neighbors) there is an automatic $300 fine charged to the guests.
