The space My apartment is super charming and has everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay. -Cozy bedroom with all the linens you will need. -Great heat in the winter, AC in the summer. -Bath towels and wash cloths -High quality filtered water -Wide variety of cooking oils, spices -French Press coffee maker -Exposed brick in every room -Intercom buzzer with camera -Lots of windows and sunlight -Organic cleaning supplies and soaps -Whole Foods Market 5 minute walk away -B, D, F, M, R, N, J, Z, 6 subways all within a 5 minute walk -TV in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime A great place to sink into an awesome, historical, trendy NY neighborhood. I have lived here for 7 years and absolutely love it :). Guest access Common area, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom. During your stay As often as you like! While at home I am pretty low key but happy to answer questions when you need and I am available via text/ phone call/email while I'm not home to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note *Walk up apartment! *It is very important that guests respect the longtime neighbors in the building- no smoking, no roof access, no parties, no guests who are not on the reservation, no abnormally loud noises. ^Realizing how unfun this makes me sound, but you get the idea
