The Potting Shed - A private rural escape

Unique, modern and cosy - situated on an exclusive private lane with off street parking in a beautiful rural location, surrounded by ancient woodland. The Potting Shed is 10 minutes from the M5 Gordano Junction; 15 minutes from Clifton Village and 20 minutes from the centre of Bristol. A 15 minute drive and you will be in the pretty Victorian seaside town of Clevedon - keen walkers can walk through beautiful countryside to get there too. A traditional, local pub is also within walking distance. The space Situated down a private road, this newly built property benefits from rural tranquility with a private garden and yet is a short drive into Bristol. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, cutlery, wine and water glasses and crockery. It has a microwave oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and two chairs; a double sofa (which can convert into a sofa bed) and a coffee table. The living area also has a smart TV and opens out onto a private decked garden with table and chairs and a barbecue. The bathroom has been decorated to a high standard and has a powerful rain shower, a well lit mirror, sink and lavatory. The double bedroom is cosy and comfortable with bedside lamps and tables. Please note: space is not designed for 4 adults and although we state 4 guests this can ONLY be made up of a combination of a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child under the age of 13 or 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 13. Guest access Guests benefit from private off street parking in an allocated space. Lots of countryside walks with stunning views across to the Medips and Wales. A local pub is a short walk downhill (a bit longer back uphill!)
