Private mansion in the city center of Nice

Guest house very well located in the city center, perfect for groups, with the possibility of breakfast and private parking on site. Dining room or picnic possible in the garden, for the moment I do not have a real kitchen to offer but I have arranged a corner with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, etc. and a refrigerator is also at your disposal. The space I have 17 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 40 people. 10 bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms have a bathroom with private shower and toilet on the landing, 5 bedrooms have a sink and the bathrooms are shared. The price is based on the number of people, the type of room and the season. Depending on the season, a minimum of 2 guests will be required. Other things to note My listing is for groups. I don't have a single room, so I don't take individual guests. Breakfast is usually served from 7:30 a.m. or 8 a.m. depending on the season, the price is from €7 depending on the type of service. Private parking is on site in the garden which can hold 8 cars, subject to availability. The nightly rate is €12 to €16 for two wheels and for cars from €20 to €28 for large vehicles.
