(secure bike lock up / pressure washer on request) 15 minutes to both 4 waterfall hikes. 20 minutes to the start of Pen-y-Fan. 30 minutes from Cardiff / Swansea. The space the property has two bedrooms with king size beds / single bunk beds & one private room with king size bed, all bedrooms have chest draws & wardrobes. two toilets upstairs, shower & bath tub also available. upgraded WiFi with minimum 20mb/s download speeds. ( unheard of for a rural farm house ) Downstairs has an open plan kitchen-diner / with TV ~ separate sitting tv room with all standard BBC / ITV / Netflix ~ real wood burner & also a large conservatory with a pool table & table football. large & private rear garden with recently upgraded fence between neighbouring property for complete privacy & recently upgraded fence around rear garden ( finished on May 17th 2026 ) which is completely secure for animals. the rear garden also has a patio area with some outdoor furniture & also a gas operational BBQ ( BBQ is upon request as it is cleaned & stored away safely when not in use ) the property also has a private front garden with patio. ** Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times when walking from vehicles up to the house & if outside the front gardem / yard area ** I kindly ask that all noise outside is to be kept to a minimum level from 11pm & ideally moved inside if celebrating any occasion. secret camping area with tree swing exclusive for guests of Ty Aderyn. Other things to note additional extras * baskets of fire wood * multiple baskets of fire wood, kindling & firelighters are available for £15. there is a wood burner inside & a fire pit outside available to use anytime. large wheelbarrow of firewood / kindling are available for £20. the wood is from the farm land , all split by myself & dried for at least 12 months. there is an unlimited amount stored at the farm for use. * four legged friends * The property is family friendly & you are more than welcome to bring pets with you. I charge £20 per pet for duration of stay & ask all general house rules are kept when animal is inside. ** Dogs are to be kept on leads / tethers at all times when walking from vehicles up to the house & if outside the front gardem / yard area ** rear garden is fully secure for dogs to be let off lead Electric cars are welcome & I have outdoor electricity supply for charging ( please note that you must bring your own cable & 3 pin plug end )
