The space Charming three-storey rowhouse with a garden and a cozy terrace. Built in 1939, the house has been carefully restored while preserving its original character. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a small sitting area, a living room, and a dining space. The upper floor includes one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a toilet and a home office. The basement features a bedroom with a queensize bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy a peaceful terrace and a lovely garden – perfect for barbecuing and relaxing. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with excellent public transport connections that take you to the city center in just 15 minutes. A 10-minute walk takes you to Eriksberg marina, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and a scenic promenade. The beautiful archipelago is just 30 minutes away. We have a cat named Doris who is 9 years old. She will be staying in the house during your visit. She has a cat flap, so she comes and goes as she pleases. She needs her food and water bowls refilled about twice a day. She’s affectionate and likes to be where you are, but she doesn’t enjoy being picked up or cuddled too much. She’s an independent but loving cat!
