Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking). The space The space has central heat, a/c, beautiful back yard and great location close to retail, trains, and the park. Very kid friendly and AWESOME soaking tub. We now have a kitchenette! This consists of an induction burner, counter top, and kitchen sink. We also provide a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, plates, plastic wear, hot and cold cups, as well as a water cooler with instant hot water for coffee and tea.
