The space Upon entering our gorgeous home, you will be met with stunning lake views through the huge picture windows, dramatic vaulted ceilings, which are all highlighted by designer mountain-style lighting, accents, and furniture. The oversized alpine living room hosts a beautiful river rock wood-burning fireplace, elaborate Basmah chandelier, Pottery Barn leather studded sofa, large comfy down chairs and a game table for those fun late nights! The formal dining table for eight is the center of the home accented by an authentic antler chandelier and lovely views of the lake. Directly off of the dining area is the spacious upper deck with Pottery Barn lounge seating, a large umbrella and gas grill for the perfect summertime BBQ! The entertaining level of the home is completed by an open chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all the necessities, plus a powder room. The lower-level hosts the three ensuite bedrooms, family room, and lower deck with hot tub! Enjoy cozy nights in the primary ensuite bedroom with unfiltered views from the Cal-King bed next to the river rock gas fireplace; also included is a large dresser with Smart TV and a huge marble bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, dual sinks and walk-in marble shower. Across the family room is the guest bedroom that also enjoys filtered lake and pine tree views, King bed, dresser with Smart TV and ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom. The third bedroom or "kiddo" room has a fun log cabin style bunk beds with a queen bed below and small double bed on top, as well as a small Smart TV and ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom; the laundry room closet is also located in this wing. The family room connects all of the bedrooms and hosts the largest 75" Smart TV with gaming devices and a two-cushion down sofa (this is the ONLY provided option for an 8th guest). The lower-level completes the home with a nice-sized deck hosting the massage hot tub with a ton of jets, filtered views of the lake, and stairs leading to the backyard. During the warm months, enjoy access to the exclusive Lake Tahoe Park. This members-only access has piers for picking up boating passengers, outdoor game areas, BBQs, and a private beach. In the snow and winter months, the driveway will be plowed. The property is also equipped with a generator that switches on immediately in the event of a power outage. *Please note that there are only beds for 7 guests. If you have a smaller human (aka small child), the downstairs sofa may be made into a bed. This is only an option for a child under the age of 8ish. :) **No guests are allowed to utilize the living room leather sofa as a sleeping option.
