It offers a large bedroom, queen-sized bed and sitting area with a private bathroom and shower. Please respect our family home with quiet time after 9:30 as our family lives above. You’ll have plenty of room to relax or recharge in one of the few tranquil corners of the bustling Balboa Peninsula. Within a short walk, bike-ride or drive you’ll find plenty of eating, shopping, sports, entertainment, and night life. All of the world famous attractions Orange County boasts are also easily accessible. In-room amenities include wireless internet, towels, basic-cable, large flat screen tv. Borrow our beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surf boards. Room also has mini-fridge and microwave. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your stay. We are a friendly, quiet, laid-back family who also enjoys traveling so we offer our rental space with the goal of being a positive part of your memorable experience. Other things to note There is currently a new house being constructed 4 doors down across the street, which makes for construction noise starting at 7am most days.
