The Space: Modern, comfortable apartment with claw-foot bath, stunning views, and private entry. Perfect for couples seeking quiet, nature and connection. Sustainability: We pride ourselves on sustainable living with solar power, rainwater and a focus on being self sufficient. We grow our own produce and donate surplus to the local community. Local Area: 10 min to Boolarra, 20 min to Mirboo North cafés. Easy day trips to Wilsons Prom, Baw Baw, Tarra Bulga NP, and historic Walhalla. The space One bedroom apartment seperate from main farm house and behind a large private hedge with modern bathroom and claw foot bath with gas on demand hot water. Extra large bedroom with super comfy queen size bed. Heater in bedroom. Stunning picture widows in lounge overlooking koala corridor and our stunning view. Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater. The kitchenette ( not a full kitchen due to local laws ) provides a toaster, small microwave and small bar fridge with tea, coffee and milk. All necessary cutlery and crockery provided. There is an outside BBQ with grill and gas hot plate for making meals. Outdoor setting, security lighting The lounge room comprises of a smart TV with Chromecast. The apartment does has Wifi but as it does drop out a lot I’ve removed it from this listing as a service. There is very good Telstra 4G reception. a selection of board games and books is also on offer. The farm is located on a rural dirt road surrounded by bush and other farmland. Our local town Boolarra is 10 minutes drive where you will find a general store that has an eat in cafe as well as a large Selection of takeaway options. Mirboo north is a delightful village 20 minutes drive and offers several lovely cafes, an award winning brewery with great restaurant as well as another pub and multiple takeaway options, supermarket, butcher and a lovely assortment of artisan shops. Our regional centre Traralgon is 40 minutes drive and has everything on offer from Japanese restaurants to modern bars, nightclubs, cinema and everything in between. Due to the nature of our property we cannot accept guests with children ( babies under 2 ok) or any pets. Guest access Feel free to look around the farm but please do not enter paddocks with livestock. Shut any gate you open behind you. Watch out for electric fencing. Ask me and we will be happy to help !! Other things to note The property is very simple to find - just lookup Hilltop Farm in maps and it takes you directly to the front gate ! The cottage is a seperate building privately located away from the main house behind a private large hedge. We have livestock and there are native birds and animals on the property The fences are electric The farm is located on a hilly dirt road with no street lights. You may encounter animals on the roads The shower is over the bath The internet is not guaranteed due to the rural nature of our location. There are 4 bars of 4G reception on Telstra There is no aerial TV reception but bring a HDMI cable to connect your device to the TV. There is also Chromecast device There are board games provided. No cooking of any kind is permitted in the apartment other than use of the provided kitchenette appliances and outside bbq. This kitchenette is supplied with cutlery, chopping boards, glasses and mugs. And both microwave safe Corelle dinnerware and bbq dinnerware. Cheeseboard, small pot, bbq gear and washing up gear This is an eco property that is self sustainable and operates on solar, battery and tank water so please be mindful in consumption of resources.
