LAKEFRONT LOCATION! Roughly 10 miles to the Omniplex - and Fishermen, located minutes from Smith Lake boat ramp with outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries. Also, a place to relax and enjoy the lake but still minutes from restaurants, interstate 65, a gas station, Dollar General and boat rentals. Recently renovated featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Master has a king bed, two spare rooms have queen beds in each, and the fourth bedroom has four bunkbeds ideal for children. The space This house is located within 15 minutes from downtown Cullman where there are lots of shops and restaurants, yet you still have the secluded feeling of being on the lake! Also within 15 minutes from Heritage park and the Omniplex where baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball tournaments are held. If you are fishing in a fishing tournament on Smith Lake, you will be minutes from the boat launch at Smith Lake Park, and we have plenty of outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries. There is also room in the driveway for parking boat trailers. Guest access There is a private boat dock you will be able to enjoy that does not require you to walk up/down lots of stairs! Our favorite place to hang out and enjoy looking at the lake is the covered outdoor porch/gazebo which also has a small fire-pit that you can build a small fire in to roast marshmallows for S’mores! Other things to note Minimum age to rent is 25. NO parties! We charge an extra fee of $35 per person per night for any guest over the allotted 10 guests allowed at our house. There is $100 fee for missing life jackets. You are responsible to secure your own belongings and lock the door when exiting. Lost or stolen items are your responsibility.
