The house consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It's ideal for a family of up to four, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two pleasant terraces bordered by manicured flowerbeds are located on either side of the house. Below the terrace is a storage area with cleaning tools and waste sorting. The space The house is located within the Bridge Village, built in the 1980s to host card game enthusiasts who competed in international tournaments during the summer. At approximately 150 meters above sea level, the house offers a picturesque view of the Riviera dei Cedri and Dino Island, with a view that extends across the Gulf of Sapri to Cape Palinuro, where the glow of the lighthouse can be seen in the evening. Other things to note The house is a 5-minute drive from the beach, where the lidos also offer refreshments. There are also stretches of free beach for those who wish to use them. In addition to enjoying a sea unique in color and transparency, the location is ideal for excursions to the coastal and hilly areas of Calabria and nearby Basilicata. Maratea is just a few kilometers away and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Villaggio del Bridge is a protected and guarded place. It can be reached from the highway that runs along the coast to Reggio Calabria. For those coming from the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway, the best exit is Lagonegro and take the S585 state road of the Noce Valley towards the town of Tortora. From the state road, exit at Praia a Mare - Isola di Dino and immediately enter the private driveway of Villaggio del Bridge to reach a barred gate, where the 24-hour concierge is located, where you can collect the keys to the apartment.
