Welcome to one of our studio apartments in Piran! This studio flat is one of 6 that are run by our family. The place has a kitchen with a stove as well as a fridge, drawers, a closet for your personal belongings, a bathroom and a very cosy double bed. There is also a coffee maker. Towels (500g) and quality bed linens are provided for each guest. *Please keep in mind that our apartments are hard to reach by car because of the narrow streets. It is best to go the last 20 metres by foot. The space A lot of items in the studio flat were painted or built by ourselves. We have put a lot of effort into making it look like a home. Guest access The location is ideal as it only takes 3 min to walk to Tartini square and 3 min to Riviera beach, yet it is still a quiet neighbourhood. *Please keep in mind that our apartments are hard to reach by car because of the narrow streets. Other things to note Please note that check-in is possible only after you either send me a copy of your ID or Passport or send me your Name, Surname, Date of birth, Nationality, Type of ID document and number of ID document - for every guest. This is for city tax purposes. City tax has to be paid under the rules below: - the total tourist tax is 2,5 EUR per person, per night - for children under the age of 7, you do not have to pay tax - for guests between 7 and 18 years old, the tax is 50% cheaper (1,25 EUR)
