The space Located 2 minutes from Belleville Park, the street and neighborhood are quiet, full of trees and the atmosphere is very pleasant. This is my primary home, refurbished this year. I care about it a lot, so I ask guests to take great care of it. 5th and top floor, quiet guaranteed. No elevator. Other things to note The sleeping area is located upstairs, under the roofs with a velux and beautiful exposed beams. It's a small cozy cocoon in which you can't stand. The staircase leading to the mezzanine is a little steep, so the apartment is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.
