A truly unique luxury eco-house with 3 metre tall glazing, a glass roof framing the stunning sea views on the Isle of Skye towards the Highlands. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (2 bathrooms 1 of which is en-suite). Excellent Wi Fi Internet and a beautifulWood Burning Stove. Available on a weekly Saturday to Saturday basis. Short stays of 3 or 4 nights either beginning or ending on a Saturday may also be available. The space Enter the mezzanine level of the house to the large tiled hallway with a bench, the utility room can be found to one side, (housing the washing machine, freezer and the ground source heating system). The family shower room and master bedroom with direct terrace (view side) access can also be found on this floor. Two steps down take you to a large living area, dining area and further to the kitchen. This space has 3 metre tall glazing along with direct terrace access, framing the spectacular views across the Sound of Sleat to the Highlands of Scotland in the distance, (the view can change dramatically throughout your stay). A broad staircase takes you to the upper storey which features a large living area with a large 'L' shaped sofa, a large comfy armchair and a wood burning stove. This bright space has Velux roof windows to one side and a large glazed roof area to the view and skye above creating a unique experience and environment. The second bedroom (en-suite) features a lovely freestanding cast iron roll-top bath whilst a smaller third bedroom offers additional space (including plenty of storage).
