Apartment with garden on historic Heskeshof

Welcome to Heskeshof on the Lower Rhine! Just a few years ago, agriculture was practiced on this historic four-square farm. This was followed by an extensive core renovation and conversion for residential purposes, completed in 2021. We are now pleased to welcome you to two exclusive apartments with an upscale new construction standard. It is hard to imagine that these are located in the former cowshed. The space The apartment (ground floor) in modern country style offers you all conceivable amenities. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Therefore, you will find freshly made beds and towels upon your arrival. Consumables such as spices, coffee powder, toilet paper, etc. are also already available. The apartment covers a total of 80 m² and is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, hallway, separate toilet and a large combined living-dining area with open kitchen. The dining table can be pulled out if necessary and can accommodate up to 8 people. In the adjacent living area, you can relax on the sofa with chaise longue, sit together socially or use the 47" flat-screen TV. The open living-dining area leads directly to the private terrace with adjoining garden for your own use. The garden and terrace are in an unobstructed south-facing location and are surrounded by beech hedges. The built-in kitchen is of high quality with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, including freezer as well as coffee maker and toaster. The modern bathroom is directly accessible from the hallway. There you will find a large walk-in shower with overhead rain shower. As additional equipment, you have a washer/dryer at your disposal. Ideal is a stay with 2-4 people. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the following rooms: 1. Bedroom to the garden with large double bed (1.80 x 2.00), reading lamps, spacious sliding door wardrobe, roller shutters 2. Bedroom to the courtyard with two single beds (can be variably arranged), reading lamps, wardrobe, shutters and additional privacy pleated blinds 3. Sleeping possibility for two people on the sofa bed in the living room If you are with more people, a similar apartment on the upper floor - accessible via the shared stairwell - can be booked separately. The apartment is barrier-free and can be reached without steps. Guest access Access is via the courtyard and initially leads to a shared staircase. From there you can directly access the apartment entrance door. In the courtyard, right in front of the apartment, there are free private parking spaces for your car. Other things to note We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible right from the start. Therefore, you will find freshly made beds and towels upon your arrival. Consumables such as spices, coffee powder, toilet paper, etc. are also already available in a basic set.
