A: We usually have one additional room listed on AirBNB. Q: Long-term / Monthly Rates A: The rate is negotiable for long-term or monthly rentals. If you are staying for more than one week, we offer weekly turndown service and cleaning. Q: Do you have essentials/toiletries? A: We have toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, and soap. Towels and hand towels are also provided. An iron, sewing kit, and hairdryer is available. We generally also have chargers available for most iPhones or modern Android phones. Q: Connectivity / Wi-Fi A: We have very fast internet speeds (500+ mbps) with Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
