I provide the following amenities to all my guests. - My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant. - Fresh towels and linens - Wireless internet is always available - TV with streaming options - Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster - I provide a keurig and coffee maker - My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap. -The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc. - Hair dryers - Luggage racks and hangers Guest access Guest will recieve a keypad code (keyads are located on the door) and guests will check in on their own, no assitance or in person interaction is required. it. Other things to note Our home is meant for people that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house.
