Full flat description This apartment with cleverly designed spaces and amenities is located on the upper ground floor with a small balcony with limited sea view and stairs that lead to a lovely garden/patio with dining table and a hammock. Note: The garden is of private use, however, there is an identical small garden next to it, that belongs to another flat. There are few steps/stairs up and down to reach the flat. Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment is can accommodate up to 4 people- Two (2) at a double queen bed in the main bedroom and two (2) at single beds in the living room where they can be isolated from the rest of the space by means of blackout curtains. An extra bed can come out so that 5 people can stay (but it is not recommended due to the lack of space - only recommended for a 3rd small kid). Flat layout & amenities: The master bedroom includes a double queen bed (160cmx200cm) and a wardrobe. The living room has two (2) single beds that can be used as sofas and direct access to a small balcony with limited sea view. From there, there is a staircase that leads to the small garden, with a big umbrella, a dining area and a hammock. The bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics. All the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The living room is equipped with a small flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.) Accessibility/stairs: The flat is located on ground – upper ground floor, however, there are few steps/stairs up and down to reach the flat. More specifically about 15 steps/stairs up and then 10 steps down. Access by car & Parking options Free public parking opposite to the building (space cannot be reserved). Free limited spaces in front of the building. Please note that there is no Private Parking at the premises. At peak period (mid July - end of August) parking can be a challenge, but you can park anywhere you want in the village/streets etc. No need to drive to the center of the village for mini markets, restaurants etc. Car is recommended to visit nice beaches around and also for the nearest beach that is Paradisos (400m), however the return trip from the beach is uphills, so a car is recommended especially for elderly people and small kids. Alternative transportation You can arrive in Neos Marmaras by taxi (you can ask us for better prices) or by Bus (3 times per day from Thessaloniki). Limited public transport here from place to place (from beach to beach & between villages). Other things to note The apartment is cleaned once a week for stays longer than 7 days.
