It has 2 balconies with the greatest ocean view in town. This is a luxury unit and but it is also a cheaper alternative to hotels. These documents are required by the condo management. REQUIRED DEPOSIT: PHP 5,000 for Damages PHP 3,000 for Electricity PLEASE BE NOTIFIED OF THE CHARGES: *Rate is INCLUSIVE of water, cable, unlimited high-speed internet & condo dues *Rate is NOT INCLUSIVE/EXCLUSIVE of electricity because it will depend on your aircon and other electricity usages. The cost is 15 PHP/Kilowatt Hour. PLEASE BE NOTIFIED REGARDING: THE ELECTRICITY The electricity will be computed based on the meter at check-in and checkout. The price/rate is 15 pesos per kilowatt hour, more or less. The security of the condo will be the one to make the reading upon check-in and check-out. After the reading, we will give you the electricity bill. For reference: the electricity cost may be around PHP 400 to PHP 700 per day depending on use. Of course, you can save by turning lights and appliances when you are not using them. CARE FOR THE UNIT: Please take care of the unit as if it is your own. REGARDING VISITORS: As a general rule, visitors cannot sleep over. If you have some friends or families you want to invite, include them in the number of guests in your bookings. We will be made aware of visitors because they are required to logged-in at the security as part of the condo management rules. Remember that the unit is meant for 4 to 6 people to stay. IMPORTANT: You may chill and unwind within the unit but please NO PARTY OR VOLATILE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE UNIT THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGES OR MESS IN THE UNIT. Again, please take care of the unit as if it is your own. PLEASE BE NOTIFIED: ABOUT THE LAUNDRY For your laundry needs, there is a laundry shop on the ground floor of the building. Our laundry room within the unit is not available. Please bear with us. PLEASE BE NOTIFIED REGARDING: PEST CONTROL Pest control may be conducted during your stay. We will inform you in advance when the scheduled pest control will be so that you can adjust to your stay. Pest control is important because we have had issues before with insects. ABOUT TOWELS AND LINENS: We change towels and linens every 6 days. If you want it more often you have to pay for it. In the unit, there will be towels and sheets for the guests. These are included in the price. If you have different needs and you would like to have more towels and change sheets, you have to communicate before getting in the apartment and will have a separate cost. Cleaning service during the stay isn’t included and can be organized on payment.
