My apartment is located in the city center of Monaco. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 huge living room, a separated kitchen and 3 balconies. On the 9th floor (out of 12) of the building therefore it is a very bright apartment. The space The apartment is 130m2, very secured (videophone, caretaker, armoured door etc...). The building was built only 12 years ago so the equipments are very modern. There are 2 lifts, doubled glazed windows, as it is on the 9th floor (out of 12) it is also very bright.
