The premises are furnished in an open-space concept and thus create maximum functionality and comfort for you. In our apartments, we ONLY accept dogs as pets. 2 dogs are allowed per apartment. There are no extra fees for the dogs. They go free! Our apartments have NETFLIX and Amazon Prime The space Since we care about nature and the well-being of our guests, the Sambucus Apartments were designed as a climate house in the sense of ecological sustainability. As a result, we minimize energy consumption and at the same time rely on an ecological and clean air conditioning system, which combines the efficiency of a pollutant-free heat pump with the comfort of ceiling heating and cooling. In addition, the apartments are continuously supplied with fresh air, thus ensuring a pleasant feeling and the rapid removal of odors. In order to save valuable drinking water, the toilet flush of your Sambucus apartment is also fed with rainwater, while our high-quality tap water, coming directly from the Lanan local mountain Vigiljoch, is energized and revitalized according to the Grander method. Other things to note We allow up to two dogs per apartment! Please keep dogs on a leash outside the apartment! Please do not let the dog in the bed or on the couch, otherwise we will have to charge additional cleaning fees! The dog gets its own bed!
