This listing offers a private studio on the upper floor/attic space in the host's home located in a quiet neighborhood in Louisville, Ky. There is one enthusiatically friendly tabby cat and one friendly but independent black cat that live with the hosts on the main floor of this residence. Our feline host & hostess enjoy visiting guests and receiving pets. They do not have access to the studio. There are frosted windows throughout the studio, security coded locks at the house entry, and attic studio entrance for guest safety. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for two, extra linens, a Smart Tv, USB charging outlets, oscillating fan, an optional heater, walk-in closet with hangers, iron, ironing board & hamper and a built-in shelf/drawer unit for guest clothes storage. The bench & wall art piece (across from built in wall unit) were created by your host. The private bathroom has a walk-in tile shower with a raining shower head, a vanity area, bath linens, hair dryer, toiletries, hand sanitizer, first aide kit & more. The office nook has a lighted workstation, 1G Fiber WiFi, Welcome Book & USB charging outlets. The kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig system, cabinet, coffee/tea supplies & kitchenware. Attic dinnerware is to be washed in the main floor kitchen sick, not the attic sink The main floor kitchen, shared by the hosts, is available for guests to cook small meals. The hosts are flexible with scheduling shared use of the main floor kitchen with guests. The main floor front sitting room is an extended shared space for hosts, guests, and the cats (feline host & hostess) to use for relaxing/working or waiting for deliveries/ transportation. Our cat host & hostess may be available for impromptu 1:1 guest visits in the sitting room. Free Onsite Parking is located on the front lawn. Guest spaces are side by side. One space is between the tree line and the sidewalk. The other space is between the side walk and the street. Please do not block the driveways. We hope you enjoy your stay at The Little Easy Studio. Guest access Security codes are sent to guests with paid bookings through Airbnb.com or Airbnb app private message. Guests may self check-in via keypad with their security code. Once check in is complete, guests (with their security code) have the freedom (24/7) to access the front entry and their studio as needed during their stay. There is no curfew at The Little Easy Studio but please be considerate when entering/exiting the property. The hosts also stay on the property. During your stay Guest privacy and comfort is fully honored by the hosts. Depending on guest comfort with in-person & personal communication, the hosts can be available as needed in person, via cell phone and Airbnb.com /Airbnb app private message. The hosts are open to answer questions, discuss local tourism and other subjects with guests in person, via cellphone or private message. We provide masks in the studio for guests to use at their discretion.
