#1 My place is close to Lake Mohave. Just 5 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada and the Big resort Casinos and Las Vegas is a short 90 minute drive. Lake Mohave is Katherine landing, see the Marina for boat and Seadoo PWC rentals. Davis Camp is great 4 the river, At the end of our block for great views of the dam, seadoo rentals, gazebos, & great day camping & BBQ. Must see Historic Oatman mining town & Grand Canyon west rim(2hrs) south rim 3hrs. Sams club, Chilis, IHOP, Walmart, Etc. 5 minutes away The space Large 4 bedroom house with a converted garage bonus room with couches and an extra futon and more inside that is great for extra guests. And a brand new AC unit that works great. Quiet and Comfortable family house. Only 5 minutes away from the Laughlin Casinos. 5 minutes away from the davis camp / Davis Dam Park and Katherine's Landing. Shopping at the outlets or the Laughlin River Run there are tons of things to do. Rent big Jet skis or seadoos. explore beautiful Lake Mohave. Or just go rent a pontoon or ski boat at the lake. Go fishing hiking backpacking or head up 15 minutes away to the Christmas tree pass Indian Petroglyphs. Also the historic donkey filled Oatman, don't forget the carrots. Also Park Moabi /Pirates cove party zone and Lake Havasu not too far away. Also Las Vegas 90 minutes away. Guest access Full house privileges WIFI private alarm code unlimited parking 10 beds. 4 large rooms and bonus room, Full kitchen 3 bathrooms Bbq patio dining set bonus room for family relaxing living area side yard parking fenced in back yard. Gaming system xbox360. Washer and dryer. And much more. Other things to note Long term rental available for snowbirds. Steep driveway so be careful. Wheel chair access by using driveway on left. Either could work. Rv plugins available if you can get the Rv or trailer up the side yard driveway. Only newer Seadoo 4 stroke motors can go on the lake. All 2 strokes can use the river. Launch ramp at the end of my street! Davis camp park is great fun Bbq showers bathrooms and more. Also Seadoo rentals there as well.
