PASSPORTS AND A SIGNED CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL     Other things to note We guarantee that an in-depth cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products that have been tested and recommended by the Ministry of Health for their effectiveness. We provide you with a Welcome Pack with basic cleaning products. We have trained staff to answer your questions and help you at all times to tour the city. We provide a 24-hour emergency phone number. We offer Wifi service. We can provide cots and high chairs on request, for the little ones. Please note that the tourist tax, 6,88€ per person over 16 years old and per night for a maximum of 7 nights, is not included in the price and must be paid. The official check-in time is from 15:00hrs to 19:00hrs. If you wish to check in before or after this time, please let us know and it will be subject to availability. In the case of needing personal assistance, after 7pm, there will be a variable supplement depending on the time of arrival, from 18:00h there is an additional cost of 20€, from 20:00h, 40€ and from 21:00h to 23:00h 60€.
