The deposit must be paid by credit card only (American Express not accepted). The deposit is not included in the Airbnb payment. It will be processed through a secure link that will be sent to you in advance by our team. Tourist Tax: In accordance with local regulations, a payment of €6.88 per adult per night will be required. This amount is also not included in the Airbnb payment and will be charged through a secure link sent by us. Guest Registration (Online Check-in): Before arrival, it is mandatory to complete an online check-in to register all guests and sign the house rules. It is essential to communicate your arrival time in advance to schedule your check-in. The check-out time is until 11:00 am. Noise: It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 9:00 pm (21:00) until 9:00 am. Parties or gatherings are not allowed inside the hotel, on the rooftop, or at the entrance. Violation of this rule may affect the deposit and could lead to expulsion. Please note that there is a decibel monitor inside the apartment. Security: Always close the street door and ensure that the hotel entrance door is locked when entering or exiting. Do not open the porter’s door to anyone who is not a guest of the hotel. If you lose the hotel key, you will need to pay 150€ for replacement. If we need to go to the apartment for this reason, there will be an additional charge, depending on the time. Garbage: Do not leave trash bags in common areas or the building lobby. Trash should be placed in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in the street trash containers, in front of the entrance, between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. If violated, a penalty of 100€ will be applied to cover cleaning and deodorization costs. Lights and Air Conditioning: Air conditioning can only be used with windows and balconies closed. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the hotel. If, upon checking, no one is found in the hotel and the lights and air conditioning are left on, they will be turned off. Behavior: The tenant must behave civilly and respect the rules of neighborly coexistence, both in the common areas of the building and inside the hotel. Cleaning: The apartment will be clean upon the tenant’s arrival, with towels and bed linens provided. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a reasonably clean state. Failure to comply with the rules and/or any of the terms mentioned above will be considered a breach of contract, and the contract will be immediately canceled. The deposit and full payment of the reservation will be retained as compensation for damages, and immediate expulsion will occur. If it is found that smoking occurred in the room or if we must respond to noise complaints from neighbors, the deposit and the total reservation price will be retained, and immediate expulsion will take place. Other things to note We guarantee that an in-depth cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products that have been tested and recommended by the Ministry of Health for their effectiveness. We provide you with a Welcome Pack with basic cleaning products. We have trained staff to answer your questions and help you at all times to tour the city. We provide a 24-hour emergency phone number. We offer Wifi service. We can provide cots and high chairs on request, for the little ones. Please note that the tourist tax, 6,88€ per person over 16 years old and per night for a maximum of 7 nights, is not included in the price and must be paid. If you wish to check in before or after this time, please let us know and it will be subject to availability. In the case of needing personal assistance, after 6 pm, there will be a variable supplement depending on the time of arrival, from 18:00h there is an additional cost of 40€, from 20:00h, 60€ and from 21:00h to 23:00h 80€.
