This 2bedroom apartment is at The Landmark with a good view to City Center, next to The Landmark 81 – the highest tower in Vietnam and the heart of Vinhomes Centra Park. Inside space: - BEDROOM: 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, fresh linens and towels, iron an ironing board, wardrobe and clothes hangers, modern lamp, air conditioner always ready. - LIVING ROOM: Smart Tivi and sofa bed with great city view, modern dining table, balcony with bonsai. - BATHROOM: 2bathroom with hot water, towels, toilet papers, soap, hand soap, shampoo and shower set are all provided. - KITCHEN: large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set and glasses. - LAUNDRY AREA: washing machine and outdoor clothes hangers. Outside space: It time to relax and immersed in nature when you wake to outside space: - Largest green park along Saigon river with a lot of amenities: walking area, koi fish lake, BBQ area, sports ground. You may be able to check-in our apt when you arrive before the check in time if our apt is ready. If not, you can enjoy the waiting area with free high speed wifi or have a cup of coffee at some local coffee shops just few steps away. * CHECK OUT: please turn off all electricities and close the door when checkout and put the Resident Card on the table of living room. * For badminton, tennis, golf: you need to stay more than a week to get free service. Your playing calendar should be confirmed as soon as possible, we need to know your calendar to pre-book. Thank you. * THE POOL & GYM: Now the outdoor pool & gym is closed for guest who stay short term, it only uses for resident. So, only when your stay is more than from one month, we will support to register for you. The outdoor pool & gym is located just below the ground of the building and use fingerprints for accessing. Therefore, if you have a need to use it, please notify the landlord at least 3 day in advance to register for you (maximum 2 adults, kids will be free when come with adults) (You can notify this before you arrive or during your stay). The pool & gym will be charged for one time registration for $ 15 (use for whole your staying). You can use the pool from 6 am - 10 pm every day after being registered.
