We designed the guests space we’ve always dreamed of: refined, thoughtful, and locally connected like a boutique hotel, but spacious and homey, like an apartment. The space This chic boutique apartments building within Dubrovnik's medieval walls, behind the church of city patron St. Blaise occupies the third floor of a 17th-century stone building. There are four brand new carefully renovated and decorated apartments. The building has undergone a two-year restoration project to burnish its historic character, with full respect for the existing structure and original stone and wood features. Expect a warm homely atmosphere and highly personalised service in a haven of peace and serenity in the city that I and my partner Maro love the most in the world. Guest access The entire apartment will be only for you, as you can see on the pictures! Other things to note * Guest passports and IDs collected online, pre-stay * Please note, apartment is on 3rd floor, access just with stairs (no elevator). Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the iconic town without the tourists. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee at this urban-chic studio with a suspended loft bedroom. Although the apartment is centrally located, the street is peaceful at night, allowing you to enjoy the Old Town atmosphere without the late-night noise. We are also a fine source of local recommendations, and can arrange anything from restaurant reservations and private guided tours, to one-day sailing trips and excursions to Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina.
