A Swan's Pond is a 1,500 sq. ft., private suite within a 5,000 sq. ft. home. The generous rooms are decorated with a traditional decor and a slight touch of antique. The sitting area has golden maple hardwood floors, a large sectional sofa and new sofa lounge which makes into a cozy queen-sized bed. In addition, there is a L-shaped desk which provides a perfect work-station and a new 65" Sony flat screen to enjoy Netflicts or a favorite program. The sitting room is open to a spacious dining area, wet bar and seating for four. The dining area is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and other small appliances, as well as dishes and cutlery. The private master bedroom has a new king-sized bed with a damask duvet, luxury linens, solid maple chest of drawers, full sized closet and even complementary robes to enjoy throughout your stay. Wake from a restful sleep to a complementary continental breakfast of muffins, breads, bagels, organic cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of teas and fresh coffee. Both sitting and dining areas have direct access to a very large covered patio which overlooks the lush greens of the first hole of Fairwinds Golf Course, as well as, a very large pond which is home to an elegant and graceful swan.
