Traditional Landes farmhouse (airial) renovated and located in the forest. Tennis and secure swimming pool, ping-pong, foosball, swings, walks in the forest. The space Single-family home that is not equipped for people with limited mobility (different levels, several stairs, narrow corridors). Ideal house for families. Having had major damage caused by gangs of young people who came to party, this category of people and parties are no longer allowed. The property is located in the middle of the Gascony moor. Walks in the forest (on foot or by bike – not provided –), tennis matches on the property (rackets and balls not provided) and visits to the Albret (Nérac and its surroundings) will enhance your stay. Electric vehicles cannot be charged on the property. See charging stations nearby. Guests can take advantage of the private unheated swimming pool (11 m/5 m,) fenced, in June, July, August and September. For the summer holidays, only rentals of a minimum of 7 nights are possible. For other holiday periods, All Saints' Day, Christmas, February, Easter, a minimum of 4 nights is required. Long weekends of May 1, May 8, Ascension and Pentecost, November 11, 3 nights minimum. No pets are allowed. Linens and towels are provided. Pool towels are not. If forgotten, towel rental is €5. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note The price offered is for one night, including the Airbnb platform service fee (15.5%). The rental is for a minimum of 2 nights. For bridges (May 1; May 8; Easter, Ascension; Pentecost , Toussaint, November 11), 3 nights are required. During the summer vacation, rentals are for one week. The Christmas holidays are a minimum of 4 nights. Cleaning fee for the entire stay: €110 Linens ( sheets,towels, towels ) are provided. A deposit of 400 euros is required at check-in , upon handing over the keys by the host and returned either on the day of departure after the inventory or less than 8 days later by post . Pool towels are not provided .
