Uber/Lyft readily available. Washer/dryer/Iron available. There are security cameras that monitors the perimeter of the house. Tankless water heater The space We ask everyone to commit to staying healthy -keep your distance from people who may be sick and washing their hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds. We offer a queen size bed in plush and spacious room with desk and couch. The room is located at top of staircase (over 20 steps) Very secluded and quiet space to sleep and work. Please do not use the instruments. Tall dresser available for clothing. If more closet space is needed please let me know. Super fast wifi!!! Hot water on demand with tankless water heater. Fans and operable skylight available but no A/C- area temperature is mostly cool at night due to bay and ocean proximity. Heated blankets for cozy cool nights. Central heating in winter. Guest access Full kitchen with light cooking privileges. Microwave, pots/pans, plates etc. available for use. Refrigerator in laundry room for extra food storage. Feel free to use all condiments Feel free to use Keurig machine to make coffee/ tea One load of laundry per week to comply with water conservation. Ironing board (mini and full size) and iron available in laundry room. Help yourself. House cleaning service on every other Tuesday with fresh linens and towels. More towels available upon request. Please hang damp towels on towel rack provided over the door. During your stay We are usually home so just ask! Local restaurants serve cuisine from all over the world! I speak English, Dutch and Spanish.
