Housekeeping service twice a week. For security, the building is under video surveillance on the main facade and lobby. The space The apartment is located right in front of the Exclusif Hypermarket on the VDN, in a quiet and secure area, SIPRES 2, north of the fairgrounds, a few hundred meters south of the Dakar Fairgrounds (CICES) Guest access It is important to note that our Residence can only accept the number of people actually indicated on the Reservation, regardless of the number of rooms in the apartment. Any additional person not listed on the Reservation cannot be accommodated in our apartments unless there is an additional charge. Other things to note Additional rules You have been rented accommodations for residential use by a family (non-hotel service), according to the dates, occupancy schedule, and terms agreed upon by the parties. The furnished accommodation is rented as is, no other fittings, installations or supplies may be required from the Owner during the rental period. The accommodation is rented for a maximum number of people indicated at the time of your Booking. Any additional tenants will be subject to additional billing up to the maximum occupancy of the listing. ELECTRICITY: It is the responsibility of the tenant. A 30 KWH electricity credit is offered to you upon arrival. A smart meter for the next top-ups is available in the apartment. Electricity credits can be purchased online via Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, etc.), at telecenters, or at Senelec branches. WIFI: The codes will be given to the tenants and cannot be shared outside the apartment for security reasons. TV: Subscription to the Canal+ package (Access Formula) available. The tenant may, if they wish, subscribe to another Package at their own expense. COOKING GAS: The Owner provides at the entrance, a 12 kg gas bottle, filled, renewal if necessary after consumption is the responsibility of the tenant. Toiletries: The renewal of toilet rolls and soaps for personal use is the responsibility of the tenant. MAINTENANCE: A person does the cleaning of the Apartment twice a week at the request of the tenant. Her work is limited to cleaning alone. The Tenant will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the rented property, minor repairs unless they are caused by obsolescence, poor workmanship, construction defect, fortuitous event or force majeure. He will maintain in good condition of use, operation and functioning all the movable objects, equipment and fittings of the apartment, he will be required to replace identically any element whose deterioration is attributable to him. For its part, the Lessor will be required to maintain the property in a condition to serve the purpose provided for in the contract and to make all repairs, other than rental, necessary for the maintenance and normal upkeep of the leased property. To this end, the Tenant undertakes to notify the Owner of any deterioration that they may notice and that would require distributions at the expense of the Owner. Safety: The building is guarded 24 hours a day. The landlord invites tenants to keep their apartment door closed. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE: The tenant is asked to respect and ensure that any visitors respect the peace and quiet; no form of disturbance or disruption of the peace and quiet in the building can be accepted. Tenants undertake to occupy the premises responsibly, not to disturb the neighborhood. They also undertake to comply with all town planning, municipal, police, road, hygiene and safety regulations. Any form of meeting and gathering (party and others) is prohibited in the apartments. Any violation of good morals is prohibited in the apartments in accordance with the laws in force in Senegal.
