Garden flat in the Loire valley. Kitchen, dining area, lounge, double bed, bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and separate toilet. The space A quiet garden flat with separate access on the ground floor of our house opening onto the large south-facing garden. The private flat has a kitchen, lounge and dining area, a bedroom with twin beds, toilet and bathroom with shower. Towels and bedding are provided. The double bed in the lounge area can be folded up to a sofa if required. There is free wifi but no television. Tourist information, books and games are provided. An occasional bed or travel cot can be set up if requested. The basement flat has a ceiling height of 2m05 with the exception of two places (including the toilet door) which are lower. Access is to the rear of the property through the garden entrance. The property is no smoking (inside and outside). Guest access The garden flat, the garden entrance with washing machine (payable, on request). The garden, barbeque and family terrace. Off-road parking. Electric vehicle charging payable, on request. Other things to note We speak English and French fluently and Zac's not bad at German!
