Lovely, Quiet Studio Annex (with Netflix)

Self contained, self catering studio annex based in the county town of Dorchester. The annex is suitable for 2 adults. The towns amenities are all within a short walking distance, including the new 'Brewery Square' development. Great base to explore Dorset's fabulous coast, countryside and walk in the footsteps of Thomas Hardy's Casterbridge. Motorbike friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee. Netflix TV. The space The annex is situated in our garden but is separate from the house with it's own front door, so you will have privacy and the ability to come and go as you please. The annex is a perfect place for 2 adults to relax. Patio doors lead to a private decking area with table and chairs. There are also steps leading down to our established south facing garden which guests are welcome to use. We also have a World War 2 concrete air raid bunker in the back garden! The annex is equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing stay. The annex is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, combination microwave oven and 2 ring electric hob. There is also a separate shower room. The annex has central heating which is linked to our house, but there is also an electric fire. Guest access You have your own front door to the annex, down the right hand side of the house. Off street parking is available anywhere on the drive. Also plenty of free street parking. Motorbike friendly, room in garage for one bike - available upon request Other things to note Nothing should stop you having a relaxed stay. Also a member of the Came Down golf club (birth place of the Ryder Cup) and I can arrange tee times.
