Kersbos penthouse situated in Vermont Hermanus

This private unit is situated in Vermont Hermanus, the top floor of a 3 storey house, where you have seaviews on the one side and mountain views on the other. We are 900 m from the well known walkways and about 1.2 km from Davies Pools. 10 km from city centre. There are wine farms, golf courses, fishing, whale watching, hiking trails, art galleries, good restaurants amongs other thing to visit . Wake up to the sound of breaking waves. Sunrise and sunsets are something to enjoy from the stoep. . The space A very large bedroom with sea views, a full bathroom with shower and bath and a double basin, lounge/dining room with a smart TV, 4 seater table/kitchenette area, that consist of basic cooking utensils ie gass plates, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, toaster and 2 cement bucket chairs. This area have no shared spaces. Totally private Guest access There is a heated Jacuzzi with jets for the private use of the Penthouse guests only at no extra cost. (Just note that due to cleaning tub, refilling and loadshedding, it might not be at preferred temperature at check-in.)It is surrounded with the most amazing views, both mountain and sea. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or have sundowners. Towels will be provided but please remember to pack your bathing costume Other things to note This space is not ideal for a toddler that needs to be watched all the time as we have high steps inside and outside the unit. Elderly people might have a problem with the stairs at the entrace being a circular staitcase (as shown on the photos)
