Kind Regards - Victor Louis and Serkan Ozsahin The space A nice cozy apartment with pool and up to 3 people staying the night (arrangements in terms of 4 people can be made) What makes this apartment optimal for you and your loved ones next holiday is the excellent geographical location, with only 200 meters to the beach and 100 meters to the supermarket. Other areas of interest in short walking distance is wonderful local restaurants, shopping malls, fitness gyms, cozy streets, cafés, and of course a giant disco club “Summer Garden” You will also be able to experience the giant Bazar every wednesday, right outside your secure gate. The apartment complex was build in 2021 and the floors are made of state of the art marble. Everything in the complex should function and be clean. There is staff hired to take care of cleaning the hallway, Pool, yard and keep the garden fresh. Guest access The entire apartment is yours when rented. You and your family/friends are free to leave and return whenever you wish, however no screaming in the hallway at night☺️ The pool and baby pool is available for all guests. It is shared with other residents in the complex, but is in no way public. Gate with security code is required to access the pool area/yard. Main hallway doors also requires security code. Keys and security codes will be handed out on arrival. Other things to note The pool will close in the middle of Oktober.
